I am the front end/graphics/design side to Cathy's left side programming brain, and together we complement each other's skills to bring clients complete solutions.
 
A quick overview of my training and experience: I hand-coded my first web site as an undergraduate student to improve communications with overseas applicants for a graduate program I was working for at the time.  I started using Photoshop to create custom web graphics soon after.  When I finished graduate school (my training is in art/design and the psychology of social behavior) I found I had the perfect combination needed for web design. I have managed the full gamut from 800 domains (major cat herding) to single small sites.  Over the years I have expanded and added social media management about 14 years ago, soon after email campaigns and print design, adding TV/Radio/News Releases in the past decade and now work as Marketing Director creating marketing plans and overseeing marketing campaigns for clients.  

I love design most, and finding the right colors, graphics, fonts, and elements to help clients show who they are visually is something I truly enjoy doing.  My strengths are design, user experience, and helping clients find the right channels to meet their communications goals.

Like Cathy, I do love teaching and taught Social Psychology and Intro to psychology at a local university and local college for five years, but I enjoy letting my creative side come out to play so my main career focus has been communications and marketing.
